No call back on billing issue
I called on January 8th because our bill as a Bulk Service Adjustment charge of $1493.91. The customer service rep. I spoke with could not find a reason for this charge, she put in a ticket and SAID someone would call me back. No one ever has and online it shows that a service ticket was put in but closed on 1/12/15 with no explanation. I have trying calling several times using the phone number that is on your statement and each time I am told that I have the wrong department and need to be transferred. I was transferred FIVE times and then the call was disconnected. Can someone please help me with this billing issue? Also, please provide me with the correct number to call for any future issues.

I am still waiting for a resolution of our billing issue. No one ever contacted me and we received a new statement today with the charges still applied.
