New Service

I am trying to have Business Class Internet installed into my store in Atlanta, GA. Earlier this year we got an estimate on installation costs. Once approval was granted, we tried to get the ball rolling, only to be told another survey has been completed and the cost increased significantly (by THOUSANDS).

Since that time, we have been working with "Frita Walker" trying to find out why--and to get the original price to be honored. She has not been returning our emails or calls. We have even teid to move forward with the installation at the higher cost, but she is not responding to that, either.

We have not been rude nor demanding--we consider this a business relationship and desire to keep it professional. However, if find such business tactics (raised prices) and the lack of communication/response to be extremely unprofessional.

That being said, I still want to install the service, but have no escalation points. Is there someone who can assist me? How do I move forward? At this point I would like to speak with Frita's supervisor/manager. We want to move forward, but would like to have some reasonable communication regarding this.

Thank you in advance. (Please email me for additional contact information--I'd rather not post my telephone numbers.)

Regards,

Update: I just receive a call from Frita--she was out and her managers didn't respond (?). She says she will be calling me today. I will keep this post updated...
