New development - residential service -

Hello,

This isn't really related to Business, but I'm not able to post in the residential service.

Our company is developing a residential community with 20 homes. It is in the beginning stages, the first model will be built soon. We want to know if anything needs to be done in order to offer residents the ability to get Comcast service. If there are any initial cables, etc that need to be installed prior to the actual residences being built. I know areas around this development offer Comcast, but just want to have what is needed in place so when the time comes to connect, it will be ready.

Thank you

Hey JayeF! Thanks for the exchange in private message. Our serviceability team has referred you to our commercial team for serviceability for this multi dwelling unit. While the tenants won't be considered "bulk" customers, where their services costs are covered in some way by the HOA, your specific property is considered a commerical property. You can get started here to begin the process: https://www.xfinity.com/multifamily

Hey there JayeF! Thanks for taking the time to post here about your serviceability concerns. The first thing we'll need to discover is if we can provide service to your location. The next thing we'll need to know is if you intend on providing part of the service cost within HOA fees. The other option is to have each tenent cover all costs and equipment for their own accounts.

We'll figure this out together! Please send us a private message with your full name and address so we can first check serviceability.

Just click our handle, ComcastBiz_Support and then on the next page, you'll see an option to send a private message.
