New bill for an account that has been closed/disconnected
I received a bill today for a an account that has been disconnected (11/2024) and refunded (Aug/Sep 2025) for services. Why am I receiving a random bill for a disconnected account?

@user_471468,
Thanks for reaching out. I can completely understand why receiving a bill for an account that was disconnected in November 2024 and fully refunded in August/September 2025 would be concerning. You absolutely shouldn’t be getting random charges for an account that’s been closed and settled. You've reached the right place. Over social media, we are a team of experts who are dedicated to resolving billing concerns. We can help get this cleared up as quickly as possible. To start, could you share a bit more about the bill you received? Specifically:
This information will help me determine whether the system mistakenly reopened a balance, generated a final-cycle correction, or if the bill is simply an automated error tied to the old account history. Once I have those details, I can track down exactly where the charge came from and make sure it’s corrected so you don’t receive any more unexpected bills. As a friendly heads up, please do not share your account number publicly. Thanks for your patience. We’ll get this resolved.
