never had access or used the service and were charged monthly for over a year and a half and comcast is refusing to issue any credit

We closed one of our business locations and were told we needed to remain till the end of the contract then they would terminate the service. we then returned equipment. comcast continued charging us monthly for a service we had told them to cancel once contract terms were out. we were charged for over 18 months for a service we couldn't even access and never even used. please advise as this is unacceptable.

Appreciate you getting us in the loop to help! We greatly want to help get this sorted out. Was the service setup with Comcast Business or as a Xfinity residential account?

It was setup with Comcast business in 2019 I believe.

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it

xfinity support is not showing from the drop down list that appears.

user_7a992e you might have to sign out and then sign back in. That way the forum interface is able to recognize that the first post was made, and when you re-log back in, that option will be available.
