need to reset router to factory default
already did the rest button hold down for 30 plus seconds
went to 10.1.10.1 and tried 10.0.0.1
user id; admin password; password then tried user id; admin password; (one from side of router)
not working - message 'bad user id'

Hi @user_dba9dd, Thanks for reaching out on our Comcast Business Forums. Looks like the User ID for the router admin tool is incorrect. Please reference article: Log in and secure the Admin tool. Let us know how that works out for you!
