Need help to fix my bill: double charges

I combined my services into one residential service on January 24. (phone, TV,internet). I am a residence and have always been a residence, I only had a business account as that was the only way to get a fixed IP address.  Even though my phone and internet services were disconnected on Feb 24,  I'm being billed through Feb 27th.  I also got an equipment fee charge. The Comcast installer changed out the equipment when he put in the X1 and should have taken whatever needed to be removed when he was here. This has been a very frustrating experience. My phone was disconnected for two weeks as Comcast Residential and Comcast Business couldn't figure out how to coordinate services for my  transition.
