Need Executive Help NOW! - Ongoing Comcast Business Failure
I am the owner of a very successful business that has had Comcast business service for many years and right now I am beyond frustrated w an unresolved Comcast Business issue that has dragged on despite multiple attempts through normal support channels. The manner this situation has been handled thus far is beyond unprofessional; it is DISGUSTING! This is now disrupting my operations, and I need executive level intervention IMMEDIATELY. A Comcast corporate rep can contact me directly so I can provide account details privately. I expect this to escalated without delay.

• Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
• From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
