Need Billing Information

I have recently took management of a community, It seems that they have a comcast account but the records turned over to us for the last year and half do not show any payments, We have a disconnect notice, the disconnect team can not provide any details of the account except the balance, the business line just keeps me on hold. I need to get copies of the bills that are past due and to know what this account service is set up as.
