Need a Comcast business billing issue corrected-thank you!

Hi!
It appears that my company overpaid on our bill and need a credit.

I received a shutoff notice, so paid a total of $408.18 to prevent that.

However, going back over our records it appears that both our November and December 2015 bills were paid by check, and the checks were cashed by Comcast.

I would like to get a credit of $408.18 so that I can balance our accounts.

I can provide check numbers and images as needed.
