My Comcast Business Customer Service Agent apparently no longer works at Comcast.

I just tried to email my customer service agent and the email bounced back saying the address no longer exists.  I have not received any communication from Comcast Business about this and there has been no attempt at continuity.  How do I find out who is assigned to my account now to contact them?

Hi Marcus,

Thank you for the response.  I'm looking the the email address of my customer service representative.  I have an email with my questions and concerns that I would like to send.  I do not feel comfortable sharing service level and billing concerns in a public forum.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
