My Bill is wrong and this is apparently the only way to contact comcast

Ok serriously, I cant get through your lines, there is no Email support page? and no online chat avaialbale to fix my problem. My bill is paid, I have the recipt, but the charge is still on the site 7 day later, and then on the phone the automated system says its actually 100$ HIGHER than the inital charge o.O

 

 

SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME, YOUR PHONE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE AND WAITING 30+ MINS IS UNREASONABLE

I have paid my bill twice. I would only like to pay $299.71.
