Multiple phone calls to cancel business account but no one answers the phone
I have tried to call 800-391-3000 number over the last 4 days. I have tried 18 times over those days. (Yes, literally 18 times.)
Every time is the same: I go through all the voice prompts, get to the purpose of my call, state that I'm calling to terminate service, and after about 30 seconds of silence, the system disconnects the call.
I even called the residential service number: they transerred me to Business Services where I left a message (with an actual human). She said all the agents were busy and someone would get back to me that day. I received no call.
We are moving to the west coast on October 14, 2015!
Can someone help me with this?

I'm having a similar problem and they repeatedly refuse to let me speak with a supervisor.
All I have is the regular phone number on my bill.
What email address are you using?

Similar problems here. . .but I've got emails back and forth going back more than a month . . . . just now my service has been terminated, but my etf has not been waived as promised.

I have had the VERY SAME experience!!
I am being charged for an account that I have repeatedly tried to cancel for weeks now!
I am sick and tired of this.
I want my account CANCELLED!! I want it cancelled TODAY!!!!!
I want a Comcast phone number that works and I want to speak to a live person who will get this done.
It is FALSE Advertisement to give people a number - 1-800-391-3000 that literally hangs up on you when you call it and say I want to cancel my account.

Same problem here. When I called the sales number it goes straight to a human. Funny how that works.
