Moved locations - Now my payment is not showing
Good Morning,
At the beggining of the month, I moved locations then on 12/6 I paid my bill online, as I have for nearly 3 years now.I logged on today, and saw that I have my full bill still showing as due. I have my bank statement and a confirmation email that this was paid. And for some reason, I cannot even view My Services.
Please assist.

Hi sbassett. Our Business Service Center reports account access is now available for the new account and necessary billing updates have been applied. Please let us know if additional assistance is needed.
