mail to comast being rate limited again

Once again I am rate limited in being able to email Comcast customers. SMTP headers review.

This was previously handled under case [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I run my own domain, and that domain sends approximately 8 emails a month to Comcast users.

@nm1233 Oh, no. Sorry for the trouble with the email. We're happy to help. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name, business name, and complete service address.

To send a "Direct Message" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business":

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it"

Following up. I have not received any update.
The ticket shows "assigned" and related to Wifi. Which is decidedly not the situation.

And, continuing the saga:
The chat team basically said "You need to send less email"
When I pointed out that 1 message per day was about as low as I can go, they closed my ticket.

The chat person is helpful as they can be, but has basically left me with no choice but to go sit on hold waiting for someone to answer.

They also misconfigured it as a 'wifi issue' when it's decidely not.
