Can you guys provide me with the loyalty dept phone number and extension, somebody gave me a number [Edited: "Personal Information"] but that takes me to a general option so please provide me with their extension, thank you.

@user_188804 For the Comcast Business retention team, we have the toll free 1-800-391-3000. Use that, and request to be put through to business loyalty, so that a review can be processed.
