Trying to link our old business online account to our new one.  I am getting an error We can’t find an eligible account associated with the information provided.  I also tried just registering a new online account but it says This account has already been registered yet no one has set up an online account.

@user_214222 Hmm, have you tried to refresh the page to see if that helps with the chat icon? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
