link accounts button missing

I am trying to link several of our Business accounts to my main profile and the link accounts button is missing.  Help please!

To link several Business accounts to one main profile on Xfinity, follow these steps:
Accept an invitation from the Primary user of the account.
Receive the invitation via email, text message, or both.
If the personal email or mobile number matches the Xfinity ID, choose to link accounts or create a new profile.
If the personal email or mobile number differs, sign in with your password to link accounts.
Confirm account details like street address, mobile number, or email.
Click "Use Existing Profile" and sign in with your Xfinity ID to link the accounts.
