I ned to file Comcast Business complaint

My Business been out of internet and phone line for 5 days now, Spoke to 10 different agent bounce back and forth explaining issues over and over till I spoke  to Manager Norman yesterday. this Morning internet and phone work til 12pm now no service the phone works. Agent was sent here yesterday and was called back as account stated closed.  I called again all to no avail was told from other agent it’s not their job or department but they will try I’m still waiting and not getting any better.
