itemized billing

I get the bill electronically but can't access an itemized bill.  I will not pay this bill online and would prefer to print an itemized bill to pay by mail.  Up until now I have been able to do so.  Please change this back to the way it was.  Not everyone wants to pay their bills electronically.

Hello cst welcome to the forum, 

 

If it is not showing you the billing details then you will need to enter in your 4 digit security CPNI pin in the section that says enter pin. Do you have that pin?

I am new to aoutpay and ecobilling as well.

As a business entity, I need to see a detailed bill as well, prior to paying the bill each month.

I have no issie with paperless billing, but I need a more detailed bill than just the total due.

I saw from your e-mail to CST, that you need a pin # in order to review the detailing.

When I requested a pin number to be sent to me, it said that it was unable to do so at this time.

Is it possible that you can send one to me ASAP?
