Issues with trying to upgrade XM

I would love to have corporates email address.  Your mobile service is absolutely insane and frustrating.  I can't believe as a fortune 500 that you can't keep up with current mobile services and current mobile trends.  I have comcast business mobile and I can tell you that this is the most frustrating experience as you try to upgrade or replace your phone with an unlocked phone directly from the factory.

Your feedback has been heard and is appreciated, user_e14f74. This is not the experience we want for anyone, and we'd love to learn more. Can you tell me a bit more about what happened? Do you have questions or need assistance with an early upgrade of a Comcast Business Mobile device?

Last year I tried to bring both my S24 Ultra (unlocked) and Galaxy Watch over to Comcast Mobile and spent 2 months between you and Samsung to get it solved. I had to send both devices back to Samsung and wait for new ones to arrive, which put me 3 months behind release. I figured this was just something new because I just came on board.

I received my S25 Ultra yesterday, and of course, Comcast Business Mobile is unable to switch as your system indicates that the imei is not compatible. Your customer service states the system hasn't been updated to log in tomorrow. I log in today, and the same exact issues persist.

This is beyond frustrating and has me considering moving my mobile business back to Verizon. Which is absolutely ridiculous because I paid to have Comcast installed in my home office to be able to bundle and save.

The issues with trying to update devices with your service is beyond agitating and should not be this difficult.  Any other provider on both the Business and Personal front has no issue with unlocked phones from the manufacturer.  This is really having me look at moving back to Verizon.

Your feedback is appreciated, user_e14f74. What happened last year that you had to send both devices back? Your IMEI number determines whether your phone or tablet is compatible and unlocked. You can check compatibility here. I would be frustrated to if I learned the IMEI was not compatible. Currently, Comcast Business Mobile supports the activation of Apple and Samsung brand smart watches with cellular 4G/LTE compatibility. Watch activation is a slow process and may take up to 90 minutes to complete since it involves Bluetooth pairing, application downloads and cellular setup. The exact amount of time required is dependent upon the applications that you choose to download, and the software version of your devices.
