is your customer service really 24x7?

I am a business customer. on the contact us page, it shows: Don't see the answer you need? We're ready to help 24/7. Please call 1-800-391-3000.

However, when I called the 1-800-391-3000, I heard: the business unit is closed. please call back later.

if 24x7 custome service is not avaialble, please provide online messages at least. I just hate the the voice system by select.. select.. select....
