Is there no way to enter a web ticket for Ethernet service?
Do I really have to call the 800 number for trouble tickets? The https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/ethernet/ site doesn't have an option to enter a web ticket. This seems like a huge oversite.

Hey there! Happy Wednesday to you! Thank you for your patience and for spending your time to reach out to Comcast with a question about if you have to call the 800 number for trouble tickets. I can definitely see why this would seem like a huge oversite. You have reached the right place for help! In addition to contacting our customer service number at (800) 391-3000, you can also reach out to us on here, our XFINITY Facebook page, or at our Twitter page @ComcastCares. For help and support with any trouble, you can also chat with us at https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/contact-us/. Do you have any questions or concerns that I can help you with today? –Comcast_Gabe

There's no link to enter a ticket when youre' on the support > Ethernet page. When you click the "contact us" link you suplied you will just go in a loop, there's no way to actually contact support. It looks like calling is the only way to enter a ticket and like I was saying, that's a pretty big oversite if that's true.

I appreciate the screenshot and you letting us know about the looping. If you have already attempted clearing cache and cookies, trying incognito mode, closing and reopening the tab and/or browser window, and a different browser all together, then I would like to gather further information so we can make sure that this is looked into; we want our customers to be able to contact us easily! I would also be elated to assist with getting you information about your Ethernet query! Please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and as much information as you can, starting with the site issue 🙂
