Invoice Download Issue

Hi Team,

I am reaching out to request assistance in invoice downloading. The "VIEW BILL (PDF)" function is not working. Every time we try to download an invoice, it shows an error "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD FILE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.". Could someone please check if there is anything on preventing us from downloading the bill?

@user_fd5d34 I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with downloading your Xfinity bill. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Another option is to check your popup blockers and try incognito/private mode to see if you're able to download the bill. 

Have you tried to download from a different device?
