Internet Service Outage opened a ticket and no updates on dispatch
Opened ticket for internet service outage, found that modem/gateway is bad. Requested a dispatch, it was scheduled for this morning between 8-10am PST. It is almost 12pm PST and no communication or update. I took me over an hour to finally get a hold of a live agent yesterday, I have been trying for an hour and counting today. Comcast Business is ridiculous, i made it known that this is a medical facility and yet no communication. Anyone have a supervisor, backline number, email address to escalate? By the way there is a ticket that says OPEN and another one that says CLOSED, this is frustrating.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
