Interner install - waiting since May-2018
Hi,
need help - we ordered internet service in May-2018. Was supposed to be installed by August. Today we're still waiting. Project Manager for the install is hiding behind excuses about waiting for city Permit.

Hi schnax and welcome to the business forums. That's a really long time to be waiting on an install, even with permitting. I'd like to look into this and see what's happening. Can you please send a private message to us by clicking on my name (Comcast_Gina) and selecting the option to send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number?
