Insolvent Business Closing Doors - Can't Cancel Service, No Option Provided to Fulfill Alleged Terms
My business is closing - no longer operating at the address where I have Comcast service. Despite no mention of ETF in the contract I signed, and the install tech assuring me that if a business closes the contract is voided anyway, customer service rep Brian was not able to close my account. Ticket number CR264786795. I declined to sign a voluntary disconnect agreement. There is no new tenant at that building to transfer the service to. Transferring to my home is not an option without signing a new multiyear agreement, and I wouldn't do business with this scam company again anyway. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and Michigan Attorney General - what other paths should I pursue?
