I'm still payment for an account that does not have a business? Why won't this account close?

  • Its 10am on Saturday, January 2020! I can't reach anyone on the comcast 24/7 customer service line. I can't make any changes online, and I'm getting billed for a business that is no longer in the original unit. We contacted comcast by phone the day the business was closing prior to leaving for an international flight, and was assured by the associate that all would be taken care of. The cords have been disconnected as well as the phone, cable, internet. 
  • There is another business in full operation in my former office. Yet, I'm still paying my montly fees of over $170 for internet/phone/cable for an old address?! How do I resolve this????
