I keep being automatically charged for an amount of $22.14, on top of my business $143.74 monthly charge.

Dear Comcast Customer Service,

I am writing to request a clear explanation of my current abnormal experience with my business's bill. My business has a service with your company, and I am being charged $143.74 each month. However, I am also being charged an additional $22.14, which is being withdrawn directly from my bank account. I contacted someone from your company regarding this matter, but the agent was unable to resolve the issue. I am reaching out now in hopes that someone else can assist me with this problem. I also have evidence of the charge that I am unaware of, if needed. Thank you in advance.
