I have been trying to get Comcast to acknowledge my church's tax exempt status for almost a year

I have called and faxed and e-mailed.  I have been told over and over that my status would be changed and my account credited for the incorrectly charged sales tax.

 

Now my account rep has told me there is nothing he can do.

 

Please can anyone help me?
