I am unhappy with comcast services and they don't seem to care.
I have been a costumer for almost 3 years and I asked them to work with me and cancel basic tv services, because we don't use them. They offered basically no solution for me. Its either I cancel basic tv and pay cancelation fee or they can give me promotion, but I have to extend my contract for 3 years. When I sign up for comcast, they end up mixing up service address and apperently my service start day was on June of 2016 and this is not true since I have been in business since January of 2016. Since they couldn't offer me a reasonable deal or help, I will be canceling my services as soon as my contract is up and move to AT&T business. Very shady business practices and 0 support for small business.
