How do you close a Business account?

I called the support number and it said they were closed at 4:56 PM on 31-Dec-2025. So much for 24/7 support.

user_431d4c Thank you for reaching out! That is really odd, the 800-391-3000 number is normally supported 24/7. What type of Comcast Business account do you have?

user_866c82 It is New Year's, and our Business support teams work on limited hours on some holidays; they may have already closed for the holiday. Disconnect requests for business accounts do need to be handled by the business support team and require advanced notice, so give them a call tomorrow. As for 24-hour support, that would be for technical assistance when it comes to our business services, so that we can help keep your business going and reduce downtime!
