have not received refund

We moved our four AT&T mobile accounts to Xfinity about six months ago and were promised a monthly rate reduction of $20/ mo on our Comcast Business account. We have still yet to receive this, despite monthly calls to find out why not. Each month we were promised it would show up on the next month's bill. Never did. Most recently we were promised not only that monthly reduction, but a refund credit of $120 for the past months where we never got it. We were given ticket # [Edited: Personal Information]. Called the latest agent back and was told it would take another 20 days to process the error.  

Not holding our breath. Next step is to file complaint with FCC.
