Got mistaken with the bill
I have been use Comcast business over 8 years but lately my bill is charged over than what I sign up for.I was calling but they were never fix the mistake and always wanted the customers to sign for anther contact.I have only internet paid$246.61 but when I sign the contact on February they said:142.95 and until on April my bill was:246.61,i called they said they will fix it,they never did.I called them again they put me in contract with $122.95 but I never charged with the amount I sign the contract.They always charged $246.61 for internet.Bad business.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "comcast_business_community" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
