gift card

3 months ago I signed up for a three year contract with the promise of a gift card but I dont get it yet 

I'm very dissappointed with the work of this company and going to refuse service

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your gift card yet. How long has it been since you singed your contract?

I am a comcast business customer.  I was also promised a gift card for switching.  I still have not received it.  That was a big influence in my decision to switch.  Now that it has been withheld is very disconcerting to me.  I am still trying to contact Comcast to have them remedy the situation.  However, no one is getting back to me.  I will keep plugging away becuase this dishonesty really bothers me.  Worst case I'll switch providers when my contract ends....
