Getting the run around by the business support line

Hello, this is just the most recent issue out of what feels like dozens we've had. I placed an order for another phone model upgrade (Poly Rove 30 to Poly Rove 40) phone & an entirely new poly rove 30 & line/extension for our main office. The first call I placed, over a month ago, the person never even created the order when they assured me that they did. I waited a week and a half before calling again. They made the order, but still never made the request for a new line to be added to our account. It was escalated to the higher tier support. One gentleman reached out to me from that team, who assured me that he was escalating the issue with the phone number request to his supervisor. That was at the beginning of this month. I have not heard a peep back from him. I am now on the phone calling a 4th time for this same issue.

During the 3rd time I called (after physically receiving the phones), we were having issues with the upgrade model of the poly rove 30 to 40. It was not picking up the new number as it should have. I do not know what the support person did, but it caused literally all of our Poly Phones to factory reset & de-register and everyone lost all of their contacts. That is also unbelievably frustrating. I had to sit for an hour with the higher tier support gentleman I had been speaking to at that point (Name available upon private request) to get all of the phones re-registered, & correct numbers assigned to the phone type the user had before.

I consistently have issues with the support staff not doing what they say they are meant to.

I had a prior nightmare of an issue with onboarding of new stores and account takeovers and (this was back in February) STILL have not been able to get one last account linked to our main hierarchy account, after myself and another colleague calling multiple times only to be told to wait, it's going to happen, but it never does and never has.

& those are just two of the many issues we've had.

It is beyond frustrating to continually have to go through this, when we are a business who has many accounts with the company.

At this point I need the phone/line request completed and the account linking issue from February finally resolved, along with confirmation from a supervisor that these won't keep stalling.

Hello, @user_ek17u2.

Thank you for taking the time to share these concerns and provide those details. This definitely sounds like something our team might be able to escalate on your behalf to our Executive Resolutions department, and I'd be happy to get started with you. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

To send us a direct message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  •  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner.
  •  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  •  The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business".
  •  As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list.
  •  A “Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  •  Press Enter to send it.

i do not see anything that says Direct Message. No one is returning our calls.  I shouldn't have to call the 800 number and go through the entire tale again.
