Frustration with Comcast Business Customer Care

I am writing to formally address a significant billing issue regarding my account for Clinic. I have been a loyal Comcast Business customer for 14 years.
Following the expiration of my promotional pricing in 2025, my monthly bill was approximately $224, which I paid without issue. However, over the last five months, my bill suddenly increased to over $335 per month without sufficient warning.
I contacted customer care to negotiate a new bundle to bring the costs back to a reasonable level. An agent named Penny sent a DocuSign agreement for me to sign, but provided no explanation of the bundle details. Since then, I have called multiple times to make adjustments, but I have been informed by other agents that the package is locked by the original agent and cannot be changed.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately and provide a reasonable bundle price consistent with my long-standing history with your company.
