Fraud at Comcast Business

I'm a 20 year Comcast Residential client with bundled services (internet/phone/cable).  I get marketed by Comcast that I can get better internet / phone at the same cost and it's only a 2 year obligation.  I am not told this is a different company, I am not told this will end my bundling services rate and I am not told they will charge several thousand dollars to get out of this plan,  I discover my bills have gone up $100.  I call to complain and I'm then told by my flabbergasted Comcast Residential that I've been totally played by The Comcast Business sales rep.  There was no need to switch services and it's going to cost me a lot of money.  I call Comcast Business and they basically stonewall me saying I signed a 2 year contract.  Its then they first tell me they are a different company than Comcast Residential.  I feel abused, lied to, and manipulated.  I assume it was a sales person working on commission who told me whatever I needed to hear to make a bad financial decision.  Comcast has lost a client for life when I can escape from this fraudulent obtained contract.  Comments to americanvintage@comcast.net.

Welcome DamonOgden.  I apologize for the problems you experienced with the changes to your service.  We have referred this issue to our Retention Dept. for resolution.

I HAVE JUST CHECKED MY CREDIT REPORT AND I HAVE COMCAST ON MY CREDIT I WANT TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION FOR THIS IT WAS OPENED IN JANUARY 2015 THE ADDRESS ON FILE IS
