FORMAL ESCALATION REQUEST – Unresolved VoiceEdge Billing Dispute

I am requesting that this matter be referred immediately to Comcast Business Corporate Escalations or Executive Customer Relations.

Our company migrated its entire telephone system from Comcast Business VoiceEdge to Verizon in July 2025. Comcast nevertheless continued billing us for 12 VoiceEdge telephone numbers and related services, including Unified Communication seats and Auto Attendant licenses. The disputed charges total approximately $2,700.

I first reported the issue in November 2025. Comcast initially denied our credit request based on the conclusion that none of our numbers had been ported to Verizon. That conclusion was demonstrably incorrect: one of the numbers on Comcast’s November invoice also appears on our Verizon invoice, and we have contemporaneous evidence showing it active in the Verizon OneTalk portal.

I supplied this additional evidence to Comcast on April 14, 2026 and was told the dispute would be returned to Billing for reconsideration. I subsequently followed up on April 28, May 7, June 1, June 10, July 9, and July 29 without receiving a response. On August 24, I sent a final written escalation request with a five-business-day deadline and again received not a single response from anyone.

We have complete supporting documentation, including the Comcast and Verizon invoices, the original November report, Comcast’s initial denial, internal case references, the April 14 evidence submission, and the complete follow-up history.

Please have a Corporate Business Escalations representative contact me privately so I can provide the account information, case numbers, invoices, and correspondence. After approximately ten months, we need a single case owner with the authority to complete the billing audit, calculate the full credit owed, and provide a written resolution.

For privacy and security, I will provide all account-specific information and supporting documentation through direct message.
