FORMAL COMPLAINT

Below is the exact sequence of errors committed by your team:

  1. Unauthorized Account Creation: A former receptionist at our company initially called to request a quote. She had no authority to sign contracts for TMCHunks LLC. When I realized this, she was instructed to call and cancel the request immediately, which I personally witnessed.

  2. Incorrect Provisioning & Ignored Instructions: I subsequently called to set up a new, correct order for a 1.25 Gbps connection. Despite my clear instructions, your team forced the installation under the unauthorized receptionist's name and provisioned an insufficient internet speed.

  3. Predatory Upselling Over Support: On installation day, I immediately reported the wrong name and incorrect speed. Your support team claimed the devices "were not registered in the system" and could not be removed. Instead of fixing the problem, multiple representatives continuously transferred me and attempted to upsell cellular lines and iPads.

  4. Deliberate Cancellation Delay: Because you could not provide the 1.25 Gbps service I ordered, I demanded immediate cancellation. Your team intentionally withheld the required Disconnection Agreement Form for two weeks. Once I finally received it, I signed and returned it the exact same day.

  5. Violation of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: I was instructed by a representative to return the equipment via UPS and was assured I would not be charged, per the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The equipment was shipped via UPS two weeks ago.

  6. Hostile Service and Harassment: Despite returning the equipment and never signing a valid contract myself as the General Manager,  We now being billed an unjustified $248. I am receiving continuous collection calls for an account under a former employee's name. Employee who no longer works for us Requesting payment of the invoice and the return of the equipment. I have called over 15 times to resolve this, only to be met with incompetence and a representative who blamed me and hung up the phone.
