Expired Promotional Gift Cards

Hello,

I have $600 in promotional gift cards that expired before I could use them. I thought I had a year from the date of issuance. What is the procedure to request reissue please? I would hate to lose out on this.

Hello user_829560, thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We appreciate you and your time, and I will be happy to help you. The first and easiest step is to go here.  You can check the status of your cards (you are already aware they are expired), but also there is a phone number you can call for assistance (sadly that office is closed for the weekend, but they are open 7am-7pm cst. If you are unable to get assistance, we can submit a ticket, but the link I gave you is much faster.
