Equipment Ruined from Surge
Hi, so I would like to get this resolved. I have smart tv and equipment that was knocked out by a storm in our area. We figured out by Comcast that we did not have a ground wire hooked up to our cable line in from Comcast that was supposed to be hooked up by the installer of our line. The surge came and tracked through our Ethernet cables and some of equipment is now not working. How can I get this resolved?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_b097d2. That is an issue we can definitely get taken care of from here for you. To get started could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
