Email alerts

I manage a number of accounts.  I get email notications for when the bill is due or if our payment is late. The issue is that the emails don;t contain enough account information to determine what account the email is refering to for the alert.  Is it possible the email alerts could have some account information? Such as the last 4 of the account number or the billing name?
