I was told by multiple people that Comcast mobile or Xfinity or whatever you're called would be better than AT&T especially in rural areas. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I was specifically told that the Verizon network would be available. I've lived in the same house for 17 years and have been traveling to the same cabin for vacation my whole life. I know which plans work and where because everyone always talks about it.
After switching our ENTIRE BUSINESS PLAN to Xfinity (Total of 12 phones) we are receiving complaints from all my coworkers that nobody has good cellular service. People in their homes are showing no service when they used to have full bars when that phone was on the AT&T network.
I demand an answer before escalating this and going on an absolute social media RAMPAGE. Edited: "Inflammatory"]. Does Xfinity use the Verizon network or not? If so, why do ALL of my friends who are direct Verizon customers have better service than me? I have absolute proof Edited: "Inflammatory"] and I made a video of the whole things which I plan to circulate. I was holding two iPhone 14 Pro in my hand over this past weekend. One of them was a Verizon customer for many years. One of them was my phone that we had just switched from AT&T to Xfinity. So according to you Edited: "Inflammatory"], they should be on the same network now. WRONG. My phone said SOS and offered NO cellular service. My friend's phone had 3 bars. My dad (iPhone 11 on AT&T) had 2 bars. I was the only Edited: "Inflammatory"] with no service. Edited: "Inflammatory"]. This is not right and I can't believe Edited: "Inflammatory"].
I was TOLD BY YOUR SALESPEOPLE. I was shown Verizon coverage maps that were solid in my areas where AT&T were spotty. This is not right. I guess I'm just one business but I am sure as Edited: "Language"] taking to Twitter, facebook, wherever I need to go. I am going to be relentless. You can't do this to people. People rely on their phones every single second of the day now. None of my family have anywhere near the coverage we had when we were under AT&T. I can't believe you've done this. Case in point: Even when posting this message it makes me select a "category" before I can post it. Funny that Mobile Service isn't even in there, yet I CLEARLY switched all my phones from AT&T to Comcast. I am so mad. This is war.

I'm sorry to hear that it's been such a bad experience for your and your coworkers. The Xfinity mobile service does utilize the Verizon network to provide the best coverage and serivce.
