Early termination dispute
After being forced to close our small business due to financial hardship (serious medical issues and bills), Comcast rep wouldn’t offer any waiver or reduced fee. It is supposedly $700 that we can’t afford. The rep said it’s not their problem that we have medical issues and we have to pay it. I’ve been a business customer for 5 years and a personal customer for 20 years. I’m appalled.
