I am paying $234 a month.

 

And am getting just over 36 Mbps down.

Bridge the modem and add an industrial router (100 dollar investment).

 

Or contact tech support and have your levels checked.

 

If this is above your tech level have someone check the pc/machine you're using as well as the cable standards in your business. Arm yourself wiith information then contact tech.
