Double billed again

Hello,

 

I renewed my Comcast contract 2 months ago, and has since been getting two separate bills for the same service under two different account numbers. The same thing happened to me three years ago, and I was never able to get it resolved through the normal customer service channels until I escalated this to executive support.

 

Is there anyone here who might be able to help me get this resolved?
