Do not cancel my business dsl on 10/23 as schedulef

I have changed my mind and want to keep my Comcast business internet account. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONNECT IT AS I REQUESTED. I want to keep my service at 10206 Allison road in Munster, indiana. 46321. I tried calling but no one in business services was in to take my call. Please reply do that I know my service will not be cancelled. Thank you so much for your help with this.
