Disconnect...why people hate Comcast!!!

I moved to an aoartment is October and had to sign a new contract  when I did. I had assumed that the new contract would be the same as thew initial contract of 12 months. But oh no they changed it to a 36 month contract without telling me that on the phone. Well of course the change was noited on the contract.

This is total BS and deceptive business practice if you ask me. Now they want over 2k dollars for a early termination fee. Absolute highway robbery.

I will notify everyone I know to never use Comcast buisiness for any reason. Comcast is and always will be deceptive in the things they do. This is why they constantly are the worst company in America for customer service!

Comcast is terrible!!!
