Difficult to change the account name
I have the problem about transferring the account reponsiblility. I bought the restaurant and tried to change every utilities under our name; unfortunately, I cannot change the comcast account. I don't know why it was so difficult to do that. I fax all ducument to you first time on Jan, second on March and twiced last month.
I have no idea how to deal that department directly, everytime when i fax in, i will call to check that they receive my documents yet, however, Customer service said they can't check the status of the fax machine. I think it was so funny that we still have to fax in any documents on the year of 2015, it's like one way comunication that we never know did you get it or not. Why don't you have another way like an email or by online?
I still continueing to use your service because I want to keep the current phone number but I cannot change or do anything with the account. Or you think the best way I have to change to ATT or another provider who apprciated to service me, don't you?
